Tissue Paper

Balloon Description:
The balloon is mainly made of tissue paper. We used panels of tissue paper glued together. The straws are used as the collar for the balloon to bring the bottom together, and hold it open. The aluminum foil will be used as the basket and to hold the wax, which is the fuel to make the balloon rise.
Shape/ Dimensions:
We took 7 panels of tissue paper, and cut them so that they were skinny at the top, and then bigger and kind of rounded in the middle and then got skinnier at the bottom but also flat. Then we glued the middles together by the sides, alternating and after those were all glued together we did the tops and the bottoms, until it was kind of a balloon shape.
